Be part of our client’s team as an Offshore Blogger / Content Writer and help scale customer education through clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized blog posts. You will create informative content that simplifies complex business concepts, include visuals, follow SEO strategies, and collaborate with marketing to deliver high-quality posts that drive global impact.

Skills That Make You Shine

Must-Have:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent written English with strong attention to detail
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword targeting, internal linking, and meta structure
• Experience publishing in Shopify or similar CMS platforms
• Comfortable using AI-assisted writing and optimization tools
• Highly organized and consistent in meeting daily publishing goals

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with pillar–cluster content strategy
• Background writing for eCommerce, lifestyle, or home improvement audiences
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for content mapping

Your Day-to-Day Impact

Content Creation

• Write and submit 2 approved blog posts per business day (Full-Time)
• Create educational, SEO-optimized content that answers customer questions about lighting choices
• Include multiple images, charts, or diagrams in every post for visual engagement
• Follow pillar–cluster SEO framework to connect articles and improve discoverability

Organization & Strategy

• Build and maintain a spreadsheet mapping all pillar and cluster topics
• Submit all content daily through the Shopify backend for review
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new content opportunities based on FAQs and customer feedback

Post Requirements

• Ensure every submitted post is fully written, proofread, and requires minimal edits
• Optimize posts for SEO with a title (60 characters max), meta description (160 characters max), and H1–H3 headings
• Include at least 3 internal links to related content
• Enhance posts with multiple visuals and descriptive alt text
• Tag and categorize posts correctly in Shopify

Performance & Success Metrics

• Meet daily output requirements consistently (2 posts/day)
• Achieve a high first-approval rate with minimal edits
• Drive growth in organic traffic and keyword rankings
• Produce content actively shared by the customer service team in real conversations
• Maintain a well-organized pillar–cluster content map
